Smoothies are a simple yummy way to supplement your diet with concentrated vitamins, minerals that have a role in human health. It allows you to consume substantially more of any given vegetable or fruit. Your digestive system does not need to work hard at all to absorb the nutrients, which allows your body to maximize the nutritional content of the juice with the least amount of energy expended. Valuable life-giving nutrients locked inside the pulp, peels and seeds of fruits and vegetables cannot be absorbed as easily when these foods are simply chewed. When fresh, whole foods are taken down to the cellular level, the nutrients become readily available to nourish your body.

Making smoothies at home is a great way to put the nutrition back into a kid-friendly treat. By using fresh whole fruits and your own healthy ingredients, you have total control over the nutritional content, and creating new combinations. Vitamins begin to decompose quickly. If you store fresh juice for more than 12 hours, it will begin to oxidize and lose its nutritional value. For manufacturers to bottle or freeze juice, they must process it in some fashion ? by heating it or by adding preservatives, both of which negatively affect its nutritional value.

When buying organic, you need to buy is thin skinned fruits & veggies. Anything you can eat with the skin wherever possible. Always wash your produce first. You get the best juice from firm, ripe fruits and vegetables.

EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGGGIES: It is recommend  to eat five servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables a day, the reasoning is simple: a diet high in fruits and vegetables will prevent or cure a wide range of ailments. Phytonutrients in fruits and vegetables have been shown to stop the growth of cancer cells and activate certain enzymes that can kill cancer-causing toxins. Antioxidants in colorful fruits and vegetables may protect the body and brain against free radicals and the ravages of aging.

I came across this unbelievable machine by accident. My 15 year old daughter had some crazy digestive disorder. We had the best insurance and that was no help. Super Special Orange cooler     Skin and immunity booster
4 cuties
1 carrot w/top

 1 slice of cantaloupe w/ seeds     seeds in cantaloupe have more protein pound for pound then    red meat.

1 cup frozen peaches.                 Peaches not always in season, frozen are picked @ it's peak
                                               Make sure to fill half if the mixture with water.

V12                                               Brain, Eyes, immunity, joints heart, & skin
1 banana
2 cuties
1 cup of fresh strawberries with tops    Tops have more vitamin C than the actual strawberry

1 cored apple w/ skin                         Apple seeds contain traces of arsenic, I would avoid.
1 slice of fresh pineapple w/core
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 /2cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mangos
1 slice if raw beet
1 cut of spinach
1/2 cup grape tomato's               Make sure to fill half of you mixture with water, blend & serve.

Berry Berry smoothie               This smoothie helps support your brain & Heart and

1 cup strawberries w/tops                  raises your good cholesterol (HDL)
1 cup of blueberri                                

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup rasberries
1 cup blackberries 
Sweetener optional                    Make sure to fill half of you mixture with water, blend & serve.
